What is your purpose?
Making the world a better place has always been a goal for me. To leave this world with some sort of impact. This project has basically told me there's nothing stopping me from getting on this journey. Allowing me to have a big chunk of time to get started on this mission, and for it to not only stop after the 12 weeks but to be a continuing thing in my life. Because it doesn't matter how young you are, you can start now. For the people that I meet on this journey, I want them to know that there are still young people out there who care about the things that are beyond them or not directly affecting them. I hope to inspire other people to do the same.
How do you plan on executing this?
The two main aspects of this endeavor are planning and then taking action. Before I do anything, I will need to do research on activities I can do to give back to the community. Then figure out on what days I will be able to carry these out. Ideally doing 1 each week. Finding organizations, churches, etc that I can contribute my efforts to, will also be a part of the process. I'll also need to find a way to acquire the resources needed for these activities. This task is so much bigger than me, and because of that, I have already told my family about this project. Along with that, I will also be recruiting my friends to come and do these tasks with me. This will hopefully open their eyes up and inspire them to also become passionate about this idea of making the world better.
What does success from this project look like?
What success means to me with this project could be something as small as making someone smile, or just giving them hope in the world. I will document the things I do along with the outcome of each activity by taking pictures, recording, and writing. The ultimate goal is to give back as much as possible and leave a positive impact behind me.
